There are demons, mum
They are on the streets
They don’t have horns or sharp teeth
They will hurt you till you bleed

Take me away from this darkness
I don’t deserve to live here
Neither do you
World takes things away
That are dear to you

Take me to a place no one gets hurt
Where people are not monsters
Where everyone is kind
Where there’s no darkness
Where no one can hide behind
