You’re worth all the love.
You deserve to keep yourself above.

Do not reside with anything lesser.
Know that nothing here lasts forever.

It’s okay to choose your peace first.
Because choosing others could be worst.

Stake out the boundaries of limits,
Listen to your heart but see what brain permits.

It’s not always about being selfless and kind,
Sometimes its about ceasing yourself to be overkind.
